Grown at elevations of 1,100–1,600 meters, the Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals thrive in the rich volcanic soils and tropical climate of northern Sumatra.

Processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, this coffee develops a flavor profile that is unmistakably Sumatran—earthy, bold, and full-bodied.
