From the southern highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast showcases the diverse flavors and rich traditions of Mexico’s coffee heartland. Grown at 900–1,000 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, the Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals flourish under warm days and cool nights, developing a beautifully balanced cup.

Fully washed and sun-dried, the beans produce a smooth, medium body with flavors that invite you in—velvety chocolate, a gentle spark of cinnamon spice, and the crisp brightness of green apple. The result is a coffee that’s both comforting and refreshingly lively.
